95 grams of high speed delivery metal is cheaper. These people are literally trying to kill someone far as im concerned. Even if there is zero chance that a pumpkin would directly kill a driver. All that mass into a drivers face and a shattered window is a #### good way to have him lose control and likely roll over, go between an overpass, run into the tree line, hit a car or a million other things. Looking at the damage from the photos thats going to fling broken glass and #### into the dudes face. If they do it at night or the driver doesnt see it in time.....well your all drivers. How would YOU react to a face full of broken glass and pumpkin out of nowhere? Especially if it causes a lot of physical harm or gets in your eyes?
As far as i am concerned the only diffrece between then and shooting at random motorists is the weapon of choice and this should be treated as attempted murder at a minimum and terroristic acts would be more correct as they are turning the whole truck or car into a weapon.RockinChair, blairandgretchen, DannyB and 2 others Thank this. -
Plus if the vehicle wrecks and creates a spillage that’s a hazmat situation and the perp(s) responsible may have created an even bigger situation.
hope not dumb twucker and Jamie01 Thank this.
