You said or any where else. The closest oilfield to FL would be eastern Ohio and western PA. But the highest paying oilfield jobs are up in North Dakota. Oilfield companies tend to hire drivers when they really need them. Despite tickets and etc.

Several otr or local companies that would normally hire drivers are fully staffed now. So the ND oilfield is an option to get great pay until you reach your financial goal. Or until openings come up at companies you would like to work at.

But you could get a non driving job also. And make some decent pay until the ticket is old enough. Trucking Companies can really pick and choose now. Instead of just filling seats with whom ever. And as long as the economy isn't well. Im not sure of how long it will be like this.

 

I really can't believe that anyone is even suggesting Super Ego with all the bad stuff about them that has been mentioned on this forum. He would come out better living in a cave for a couple years.

 

Schneider seems to be getting just as bad.

 

Yeah but the cave doesn't give him any experience or seat time. When you have a bad record, you can't really write your own ticket(pardon the pun). You gotta take what you can get, and if he really wants to rehab his career, he will do whatever it takes.
