    Lease programs with a company are designed to benefit the company, not the driver. It's a means for the company to offset the cost of owning the truck by putting some of the cost on the driver. End result in most situations is that the driver makes about the same amount of money (after expenses for the truck) as a company driver. It's just not worth it for a driver to let a company offload the cost of owning the truck onto him/her.

    Well today was a big day. 17 days after I applied my authority went active this morning. I onboarded with the few brokers I want to work with. My goal was to hit the road around mid September and it looks like I’m going to make it!
