Retired in February ... sold the truck and trailer in January. Moved to Idaho on a piece of property and a house that we built.

When I went to DMV to get my Idaho license, Leslie asked if I wanted to keep my CDL. Told her no thanks, done driving and don't want the temptation.

Same here. Also asked if I want to keep my endorsements on my Class-C license and I said "Nein danke"

That's about how I feel about retirement. I've had a few instances where I miss driving, but they sure don't last long.
The main reason I'm thinking of keeping it would be if Social Security and or Medicare gets privatized, and who knows what is going to happen there?

    Wargames and Dennixx Thank this.
