Yank her out the truck and thump her about the head n shoulders, watch have quick she cries for the police to save her.broke down plumber, lostheart, LTL Bull and 2 others Thank this.

I feel like she would've just sped up . From what I've read , the only reason she stopped is because the police got involved .
Holland trucks run 68 (70 PasSmart) and her truck wasn't governed .lostheart Thanks this. -
Are you going to stay with Holland or move on now ? Just curious
Lonesome Thanks this. -
Holland has lied several times and the whole Holland family is very condescending.
One day while on the highway my truck shut down completely. I got a warning on the dash that read, "engine protection shutting down." It started counting down from 30 seconds, then another time from 60 seconds. The one time when it started from 30 seconds I tried taking the next exit. Engine completely shut down, steering locked up and missed my exit. I was able to coast off onto the shoulder.
There were no other signals or warnings as to why it was shutting down. Apparently the coolant sensor went bad and according to a TA mechanic, the sensors have a magnetic in them that sometimes sticks. Holland's shop forman insisted that HIS trucks do not shut down while driving.
Again, no other idiot lights and all gauges were reading normal. I took a picture of it and showed it to safety. The shop signed off on it but never fixed it.
When safety alters evidence and the company president tells you to f$&k off (yes, there were witnesses) when trying to present your case, then it's time to move on. Life on the road is tough enough with all of what a driver has to deal with. Adding a hostile work environment on top of that isn't worth it.
I was actually hoping that things would subside, but they didn't. Human Resource lady is also a Holland, so that's a dead end. Time to move on.Attached Files:
