2015 Volvo d13 low oil pressure after running

Hello 2015 Volvo d13 having low oil pressure around 15~ 18psi after running and when engine’s hot but after 5 mins engine shutting down idles at or closer to 30 psi again could this be the sensor issue?

 

Oil level is normal no leak, no signs of fuel or coolant leaking into the oil however my coolant temp stays around 170 when my oil temp is around 220~ 230 some difference there but I heard D13 runs high on oil temp

 

Can’t remember exact where the pressure was before but definitely seems lower than before I’ve heard something about pressure relief valve sticking when starting to malfunction and it purges too much pressure when engine’s hot hence the low oil pressure. It goes low only when I come off a freeway after a few hours of run and stop at a light, if I go into a fuel island shut the engine off for 5 mins and turn it back on it goes up to around 25~28 again very weird
