Hazmat tanker?
Airgas (or similar)?
As an experienced fuel hauler, here's what I would suggest:
Don't even look at hazmat tanker duty -- until you get AT LEAST 2 years experience elsewhere, FIRST.
Get your "rookie mistakes" out of the way, on/with far less dangerous freight (for example: canned food or paper products in dry van trailers).
ALSO: the levels of driver scrutiny/oversight/micro-managent for some hazmat tanker fleets is truly creepy & disturbing. Wearing/putting on "PPE" with some tanker fleets sux big-time, too (especially during the warmer months).
With all the above said....
Prove to the world you can drive a big rig, delivering the goods safely & on time...by pulling box-type trailers for a while, first (dry van, intermodal, &/or reefer).
Then....if you still have interests in tanker duty -- start out by getting into food-grade tanker. With 2 years experience (or more) elsewhere under your belt (& a good safety record), Indian River Transport would be a good place to look (check out their thread here on the Forum: Indian River).
Opies Transport would be yet another.

Some fuel haulers will hire you with 2 years experience, elsewhere (& with the endorsements mentioned above) -- but note in the world of fuel-hauling, there's this jingle:
"Fuel haulers don't have accidents -- they have DISASTERS"![]()
