Personally I think you should try it, nothing to loose. If it works great if it doesn't then come back to the lower 48 and start over. It's all in what YOU need to be happy. Truckers all have opinions and now you have mine.
Happy Thanksgiving!JolliRoger and hyperliquidloser Thank this. -

Very nice. I've spent alot of time trucking through there from western montana to Eastern Washington. Always dreamed to have a place in the panhandleNightWind Thanks this.

I have family in Bonners Ferry Idaho. Very beautiful place. Top of the panhandle. Californians have moved in like crazy and drove up real estate though. I live in New Hampshire, it’s a lot the same as north Idaho only prettier. Idaho doesn’t have the beautiful fall foliage trees more conifers.

Depends, can be anywhere from 10k to 20k plus an acre. Could be more, could be less.

We started making our plans in 2017 prices made a big jump right after covid.
We considered some properties in the Bonners Fairy and Priest River areas. But found more what we're looking for a little further south.NightWind and hyperliquidloser Thank this. -
