That's what I would've done is just run my Jeep and quit screwing around with it. Run it farther forward and don't even mess with the stinger.

 

Well I re-looked at your weights and yes, you'd have to run the stinger

 

It just seems like a lot of half assery all the way around

 

May I hazard a guess and say that all stretched out it would likely be in need of a pilot? That’s the only good excuse I see for not using all the pieces available to do it right and easy.

 

A quick look it appears you need one over 120' in ND.

 

Speaking of half assery @Oxbow needed a Taylor forklift brought up to Pocatello and called me. All I had was an environment saving Prius and a gooseneck, so I had Hurst build me some ramps and loaded it.



He did a French drain at my property for payment and I ran at night to avoid permits and escorts. @tramm01 provided a delicious elk dinner.

Looks like the hitch is situated for even weight distribution
