I've never paid attention to it but thought it would be pretty high going to Alaska. From Alaska to the lower 48 I would expect to be cheap to non-existent. Shows what I know I guess.

To me, you couldn’t pay me enough to truck that far. As a kid, my grandmother sold her house and took my family on a cruise to Alaska. It was a great experience. I sure wouldn’t ever want to try and drive there. Matter of fact
