    Technically yes but that bw8 is technically the frontage road now in that area while Sam Houston is the elevated toll road section from where the truck fell off of…

    Not a high drop but definitely more than enough to crush the cab of the truck unfortunately.

    It’s amazing. Nobody else was killed because that intersection is an extremely busy one..

    Sam Houston is the actual toll road portion and Beltway 8 is the feeder/not-toll portion of the loop.
