Tesla is among the bigger offenders on this, on mainly software enabled features. There was a big stink a while back, IIRC they were disabling paid for premium features and requiring the new owners to repurchase them.

Looks like someone missed the Load Securement Class
W923, Gatordude, exhausted379 and 11 others Thank this. -
Note the damage to the rub rail, that is not a forklift bash.Sons Hero, OldMainiac, W923 and 8 others Thank this.

I was going to say that technically, I think it's legal since Mac does rate their tarp bars. That said, it's sloppy, lazy, and clearly someone that doesn't give a f--- about the equipment.OldMainiac, cke, The N.P.R.y guy and 10 others Thank this.

Not to mention out of all the loads to do that on, it appears to be structural steel. That is how a guy gets killed right there.
At that point it's better just to throw straps and corner protectorsOldMainiac, Long FLD, The N.P.R.y guy and 8 others Thank this. -
I don't think it's legal, his snap binders are well outside the rub rail, I got dinged for that once on a skid steer load. It was the only thing he brought up, but mine was just barely outside, these are well outside the rub rail
The N.P.R.y guy, broke down plumber, Feedman and 3 others Thank this. -
A question cause idk , is that little aluminum rail gonna hold that steel ? Shouldn't there be some D rings somewhere .The N.P.R.y guy, Kyle G. and Feedman Thank this.

Not to mention the damaged rail makes that securement illegal by reason of damage and weakening. It may not be legitimate rating anymore because of that damage, especially if it cracks the weld on the spools behind it. I suspect that kind of bend on the rub rail from that securement, that weld is more than likely compromised.
The N.P.R.y guy, broke down plumber, Kyle G. and 2 others Thank this. -
With the soft dunnage and the handles not fully snapped.
A few good bumps and I'll bet a few of the binders come unsnapped.Gatordude, exhausted379, CAXPT and 8 others Thank this.
