Look at that how many American drivers that have road rage as well, and speed. FedEx has a bunch of them. Can't forget those bull haulers that rolled the truck and put the cows out to pasture (pardon the pun). Many of them need their licenses taken away too.
More foreigners on the road

So you’d rather have non-English speaking drivers that’s are terrible at driving and can’t communicate with you? Cool.Tb0n3, Rideandrepair, JonJon78 and 4 others Thank this.

While I agree that immigrants usually take jobs that locals don't want, it's not always the case, just like in my example from previous post.
Another example is Ukrainian people who came based on U4U program after the war started. Probably 80% of the men went into trucking, creating an additional large supply of drivers and in a way lowering rates for all of us. The absolute majority of them drive over 4000 miles per week, fake logbooks like crazy and live in the truck.Rideandrepair and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
I'd rather have safe drivers.Tb0n3, The_vett, Rideandrepair and 1 other person Thank this.

it doesn’t matter, if they’re illegally here then they’re not legally allowed to work under any circumstances and they need to be deported… Follow the law that’s what folks need to do and if they don’t want to follow our laws, they don’t need to be here…Gearjammin' Penguin, Rideandrepair, hope not dumb twucker and 3 others Thank this.

You won’t find those with the new breed of foreign drivers. They don’t follow the rules at all. Come to the west coast and watch them haul ### past you while tailgating a car with 0 regard for anyone’s safety.Rideandrepair, JonJon78, hope not dumb twucker and 6 others Thank this.

Yep..getting worse too..Rideandrepair, hope not dumb twucker, D.Tibbitt and 1 other person Thank this.

That is problem for the state departments to solve. Why would they pass a person if they do not know traffic laws that is beyond me. However, most traffic signs in this country have the meaning of the sign written on them like yield, stop, merge, etc etc. So everyone but a blind will know what they mean.
Nevertheless, physiological needs like food take precedence, therefore first and foremost people will need to work and only after they will learn the language to increase their communication skills.
Oh, and i got a white volvo.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Look how many of these ones that I’m mentioning that pull over on the shoulder, sit there more than likely, taking a stupid break on the Shoulder and then turn around and pull right out in front of traffic for a dead stop… And no matter how many times you’d even try to tell them not to do that. They don’t care it’s obvious… This crap needs to stopRideandrepair, hope not dumb twucker, rollin coal and 4 others Thank this.

Learning a language is more important if being illiterate can cause traffic deaths.Rideandrepair, hope not dumb twucker and D.Tibbitt Thank this.
