Hey guys. Been having a very random problem with my truck losing power, running like it's starving for fuel, and finally stalling. Most times, if you turn off key...it'll restart after a few minutes.
I took it for spin the other day while logging on InSite. Everything seemed ok...except it's takes a awhile for measured pressure to drop down to match commanded pressure.
I also noticed the "fuel pump actuator commanded current" and measured current are different.
This pic is sitting at idle after a run down the highway.

I did change the fuel pressure sensor because a couple of the snapshots showed a crazy measured fuel pressure. One time while it was out working... it set a code at 46,000psi. Driver stopped and fuel pump was clacking that time....before stalling.
Another time it set a code at -4500psi and stalled.
Yesterday, I changed the actuator and there was still a difference in the commanded and measured when idling...so maybe that's normal?
Truck went out to work today and still loss of power, rough idle which usually stalls truck. Once it ran rough for a couple minutes...then cleared up and was good.
The only codes are rail pressure codes.
Truck has new injectors, new fuel pump, new fuel pressure sensor, new fuel pressure relief valve, new actuator, and new injector harness. Basically everything has been changed within the last year and added a FASS system. We've checked for air in low side (before and after FASS pump) and cleaned tank vents.
Rail decay test is perfect and injector test is all passes.
I'm not sure where to look next?

Any issues with fuel before the FASS? Even though you checked for air, have you changed the FASS filter(s)?
