Some companies wait till you deliver your first load. -
assuming all paperwork is up to snuff, only reason to send you home is can't pass driving test or, as I witnessed with one co years ago, driver was so tattooed co didn't want him representing the truck co. I mean face, everything.

Just chalk it to the game man. Figure out where you went wrong, and try to work somewhere else

That’s the thing I never smoked or done any drugs. Passed the drug test, was honest about job history, clean MVR. They told me I’m eligible to reapply in 6 months. I’m not sure what even happened after orientation but I’m still in the dark about itElmerFudpucker Thanks this.

I Went to orientation did everything. Filled out everything. Nothing went wrong anywhere except for when I got home and saw my application was declined. I passed drug test and was honest about MVR and job history. Which is all clean
