Stay away from sames logistics also known as AKI

It’s likely that the equipment was damaged, and consequently, the freight as well. In such situations, there is usually a process that needs to be followed, at least in most companies I can't speak for all. Try to give them some time they might pay you after completing all the necessary checks. After all, it’s a process that can sometimes take a while. I know of several similar situations in other companies

 

I think most of you drivers are full of . Looking at your pics and reading comments, you're blaming them for the load shifting? Either u didn't strap it or you slammed on your brakes, how is that their fault? Some of you i think are inhireable but they gave you a chance anyways. Now your going to sue for 200 dollars. Get real! Don't get me wrong, not trying to defend them. I agree many of these eastern European roy from compass has been bad for everyone just like Warner and swift are. In this business, if you want money, you have to run! Yes there are dispatphers and God forbid you have to train one, but as long as your not a cry baby da that's afraid to run it's probably worth it in fact it bet you can make good money here. Sad thing is, every time you report one of these companies, wether its fmcsa or what have you, the complaint gets sent to the Chicago field office.....and that's where it stays. They're protected and they have more rights than you.
