Has anybody relocated the fuel check valve on the back of the head to some place you can get to easily? Have a cascadia glider with this engine and their is no good way to replace this valve. Can't go underneath trans in the way. Can't go over top of engine no room. Can't come from the driver's side where you remove the fender have all the electrical in the way. What's the best way?

May have to take the cab mounts loose and jack it up.
What kind of problems are you having?miketurner84 and Rideandrepair Thank this. -

I think some of the early ones may have been mounted inline, about a foot away. I’ll see what I can find.
-
I believe that on a Ford it was part of the fuel filter assembly mounted to the frame.
Or at least one of the check valves was.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
You can put it anywhere between the back of the head and splitter. But, if ypu're going through the trouble to relocate, might as well just leave it as is and replace. They don't fail that frequently.
Doing as @062 suggested can help. I would remove the inner fender from the behind the steer tire and access from there. The hose normally runs towards the pass side, but who knows on yours.Rideandrepair and miketurner84 Thank this. -
Choose a spot along the fuel return line that is easier to reach, such as near the fuel filter housing or along the frame rail.

i cut a access Hole in the floor on mine works fine

I couldn’t find the exact info. on option B. I believe it was inline about 12-18” from head, secured to the flat bar frame crossover. Needs to be mounted horizontally.

why horizontally. never heard that before
Rideandrepair Thanks this.
