I don't think a virtual address will work in Texas. The DMV computer system has all that worked out and will know if it's a virtual address or physical address. Same here in Nevada.
Best to drive there and register with the RV club in Livingston, TX, in person.

Yes I just transfered 2 weeks ago,they asked if I brought any vehicles here from out of state,they need to be registered in Texas.MidwestResident and Chinatown Thank this.

Also they’re not considered a virtual address literally. It’s a real physical address. Basically a full service mail service place

I transferred my CDL from Maryland to Texas and didn’t have any issues, but I’m pretty sure you’ll have to be physically present in Texas to do it.
