We have one, it's called the Second Amendment. In conjunction with the Full Faith & Credit clause and the Supremacy clause there should be no firearms laws subordinate to the Constitution. But even if you subscribe to the "no right is absolute" doctrine, the Full Faith & Credit clause should still be interpreted to mean that every state has to recognize every other state's concealed carry licenses.
