Um, you're kidding, right. Trains have the right of way regardless.

When I was on the job the standing rule if the crossing lights are flashing you came to a full stop, the OIC had to dismount the rig, walk to the tracks and determine if it was safe to cross or remain stopped. If we waited for the train to pass, you notified dispatch and they would dispatch the next closes unit to the call. If you decided to cross....you better be right!
