As a flatbed/specialized driver how important is it to take pics of your loads for future employment, I've been asked by 2 companies for load pics.
-
Pictures are always good to have for many reasons.
1. Show potential employers what you have previous experience hauling. Keep copies of permits too. I have most of my permits for the last 10 years saved.
2. Show other drivers how you have secured a particular load in the past if they have questions.
3. Show condition of the freight when picked up and how you had it secured to help fight claims saying you caused any damage.
4. Show friends and family what you do for a living. -

Especially important when picking up used equipment, it’s helpful to show the condition on PU of any damage present when loaded.2rescuekids, booley, Kyle G. and 6 others Thank this.
