I have swapped them all to different gauges. It didn’t change anything.

    Odometer does not work either.
No road speed in diagnostic link.
    Switch I/o test good.
I agree communication could be the root cause. Maybe that should be where we start.
I’ve been all over every harness. Everything is connected.

I do not know a much about a lot of that but will share this. Early 9670 IHC's ran the speedo off the RF drive wheel. This was a common fault problem. We started changing them over to a sensor on the back of the transmission.
Wonder if you put a four wire sensor in the transmission, ran two wires to the speedo or diagnostic plug if it would bypass your problem and function.
Wait for other input as you could really mess some stuff up. Just a thought. Anything is open on a glider.

    dberset and Rideandrepair Thank this.

I think the only reason mine has 2 vss is because the Truck had opti idle.

Let’s diagnose the cause of the ELD not communicating.

    Thanks for reporting back.

This would be a good start then. We would then need to diagnose the J1939. Being that you're a glider, this might be a bit challenging because I wont be able to look up too much on powertrain related items--you'll have to fill in the blank for what is actually installed on the truck. One of the items being you might be on J1708. Just different characteristics.

Are you familiar with J1939 and CAN?

I have a very basic understanding just be patient with me please. I’ll take my laptop with me tomorrow and take some screenshots.

    I do believe it’s j1708 because I recall j1939 is always 0%.

I was told that the signal from the sensor to the ECM is most likely converted to a different kind of signal that the cluster can decipher.

    BoxCarKidd Thanks this.
