Maverik's burritos are edible, but do stop in Glenwood Springs @Jilbertito's across from the truck parking, if you want a really good one. Tacos are also excellent!Flat Earth Trucker, TurkeyCreekJackJohnson, broke down plumber and 3 others Thank this.

They actually built one up around Anderson , ca a year or so ago. It was weird to seeFlat Earth Trucker and JC1971 Thank this.

This place is a FUEL AND GTF OUTTA HERE kinda place. Not one parking space. I went in there Bobtail and couldn't find a LEGITIMATE parking spot. There was one truck & trailer parked where the fuel truck would normally stage to unload for the truck fuel island. The whole perimeter is lined with No Parking signs every 50 feet. But I guess I can't blame them as someone had left a full GALLON sized piss jug in the middle of the lane where you pull up after fueling.Flat Earth Trucker, Lite bug and JC1971 Thank this.

I only run regional UT, ID, and NV. When not fueling at farm or in Ely, NV (no Maverick there yet), I use Maverick exclusively. Not only better food, and fuel prices....... Here's a big key if you're not using it..... Get the Adventure Club card and use with every purchase, fuel etc. The free punches for food and coffee adds up quick. But best for me is the points you can redeem. My company pays for all fuel on their credit card, but I get all the points punching in my phone number. Got $100 worth of $20 gift cards for my kids stockings this Christmas with no $ out of my pocket using those points.

Some of them have a few parking spots that they'll let you stay overnight.tscottme, Flat Earth Trucker and PacoTaco Thank this.

In my experience the ones that have parking are off the beaten path. I stayed at the Maverik in Wellsville, UT last night and they have room for 20 trucks. Same thing in Malad City, ID.tscottme, Flat Earth Trucker, Accidental Trucker and 3 others Thank this.

There are some Maverick locations have truck parking. They tend to be in areas that could be considered underserved areas or very rural regions. While they offer fuel, scales and a number of food choices, they have no other services, like showers. Still don’t take comdata. Maverick is now owned by FJ management. FJ management also has ownership in Pilot, along with Berkshire-Hathaway. They do seem to be on an expansion plan. See a number of locations in various stages of construction across several states.

Not for nothing, but all the Kum & Go stores here in Oklahoma—at least Green Country, anyway—have completed their conversion to Maverik. That includes the rest areas on the Will Rogers Turnpike (I-44 from Tulsa to Joplin).
Flat Earth Trucker and JC1971 Thank this. -
Can you get .02 off diesel if you swipe your Maverick card after you swipe your fuel card? getting even more of a discount?
Flat Earth Trucker and BlackjackCo Thank this.
