    Not defending anyone. Have you worked for WE? Then maybe you can give us some "up close and personal" experiences. Haven't worked there? Then you are just broadcasting the chatter heard over the Petro buffet. You said it yourself, something in his background is preventing him (or her) from advancing their career. Sometimes WE is all you can get for a few years. Better than being on the government dole....
