Werner Owes Amtrak Repairs On A New Locomotive

That’s a contract carrier pulling Werner trl.. that Amtrak locomotive is one of the brand new one they just put into service within the last year or so..

 

Werner just cant catch a break lately can they? Regardless of it it was an owner op or contractor or whatever you know amtrack is going to slap them upside the head with a lawsuit. That driver wont have the money to fix the train doubt the contract carrier does either, and insurance may and likely will decline the claim.. But werner does have the cash.

That said that driver is an idiot.

 

Did that dumbbutt really run ACROSS the tracks?!? Dude got lucky he didn't win a Darwin award.

 

I mean just look at them dummy's says it all, hey train? Train we're parked here train.

 

The train probably would have been through the crossing in less than a minute. Between trucks getting hit by trains and snowstorm pileups it really makes you wonder about the fate of this industry.
