@runningman0661 center of the rear axle for Cali but as far as everything else #### that guy. You don’t know how he runs his fifth wheel, what he’s got for fuel, how much crap he has in his cab. Hell that’s hard to do with the same make and model truck, not to mention yours is completely different. You are not the ### hole. Just like you said, you knew he could get it legal, it’s on him to do so. You’re not the one going to Cali. So that falls under the category of not your pasture, not your bull####. That’s my $.02.

9/10 don’t you (him, me, you, the other guy) scale loads that you pick up anyway? Unless a driver leaves a note with the load and it’s clearly under.

I guess I’ve been wrong for years as far as the California kingpin law goes. I guess I’ve just been lucky rolling into California with the tandems centered on that mark. The more you know.

If it was me...(The guy waiting for the load)
First...I would appreciate the fact that you brought me to load.
Second... I always run with my fifth wheel all the way to the front because I get many heavy load assignments from dispatch. With that being said... After you drop the trailer I will assume my responsibility of making all necessary adjustments / changes to the tandem after I personally scale the load.
Not that I don't trust your scale ticket . It's just common sense .. there to many variables from one truck to another.
Runningman you did great!
When I run into a person like that.... it's not easy to deal with them, but I always try to remember that they were Baptized With Lemon Juice!
In other words... They have sour personality no matter what.Goody3635, dwells40, Knucklehead and 5 others Thank this. -
