Stay put until you have a year. Don't change companies just because you don't like current job. Change jobs when it's a better job. Being a job hopper, felon, gaps in employment won't make your career easier.

An earlier post in this thread explained the overall insurance situation -- & the reasoning behind why you should run with a large carrier for 2 years...& then move on to better pay.
This is pretty much what I did, early on.
Examples of large carriers who hire/train people like yourself:
- Knight
- Swift
- Melton
- Werner Enterprises
- Roehl
- KLLM/FFE
- Schneider

Try the beverage distributors (Coke, Pepsi and beer) and any food service in your area. It’s WORK, but it will open doors for you.

Chinatown is a member here who seemingly has a list of trucking companies to suggest for anyone coming onto this forum from murderers to rapists to arsonists to you name it.
Dude has single handedly gotten more people jobs than the best recruiter at Swift.
The @ chinatown thing will flag his account so he can see that he is being called upon for his services.
