Not sure if they are any less prevalent. Do see more on trailers than before. These are factory installed, so they have the different axle ends for running these wheels. Not sure what the offset is on them, they are almost centered on the hub set, right over the bearing. Been running discs for quite awhile now too.broke down plumber, cke, Feedman and 7 others Thank this.

We used to call these Italian wagons 'centipedes' as we got stuck behind them crawling all over the mountain roads in northern Italy back in the '60s and '70s. No idea what their legal weights were but they all seemed to be well overloaded. You might notice the rhd, this was to allow the driver to squeeze close to the rock face when meeting others, or peer over the drop on the other side in order not to literally follow his gaze.

Ok for us Brits, we were already rhd.

BTW, did you know that until the 2nd world war, I think it was, most of Italy drove on the right and it was only in the major cities that keep left was the rule. Can you imagine inter city driving, wondering just exactly where you had to cross to the other side? I think it was Musso that put them all right, literally.

Reminds me of an Irish joke about the time when it was decided to join Europe and drive on the right. But they thought it a good idea to give people the chance to get used to it so, the first weekend all the cars changed over, the second weekend it was the buses' turn, and finally in week 3 it was our turn the heavy vehicle brigade.
What could possibly go wrong?

Delivering to Lowes is 100x more better than any home depot .
There's actually room to maneuver, and you dont have to drive over the landscaping and split 3 lanes plus a turn lane to turn into the god dam truck entrance, only to see the employees have a gate blocking this side of the store, so u have to cut thru the parking lot and go backwards thru the dock area. Lol
HD can suck a big fat one. I'll be buying stock in Lowes instead

I think I've been to every HD in California and a bunch in OR, NV & WA. I can confirm that they pretty much all suck

Lowe’s tend only be somewhat better than HD. Been to about all of them in the western 11. Including DC’s for both. I’ll take a Lowe’s DC over an HD one any day.broke down plumber, Oldman83, CAXPT and 7 others Thank this.
