It is in the PMD, on the firewall IIRC.

Great! Do you know which relay? I have theee fuses and two relays in there. I’ve included a pic for reference.

Unfortunately, I am not near my FL book, I lent it out.
However, I think it is the one with the dual coil relay which is at the bottom of your image. -
You are awesome! Actually turned out to be the one at the top but I’m truly grateful for your service. Tried getting an answer from Dealer and they told me I had to pay for an hour service charge?!?!? So, I have one more issue that I’m trying to figure out. Do you know which wire goes to the plug for the voltage gauge. I’ve tested and cleaned everything. I’m getting the same voltage at the batteries, the jump post, the back of the alternator, and the starter. Usually 14.2 while engine is running and 12.7 while engine is off. But for whatever reason, the voltage gauge reads 9-10 and I have a message on the dash that says warning, low voltage. I’m thinking maybe the wire going to the ecm or dash cluster maybe the culprit. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Check all the grounds.

Yes, I’ve checked all the grounds. That’s what I meant when I said I tested and cleaned everything. I took all grounds off and sanded them down. Post, screws, and eyelets all scuffed up. Then I made sure and tightened everything so all was snug. But as stated previously, I get the same voltage at all components, just not at the volt gauge.
