This is what I find:
"I need to… Complete a Biennial Update (Two Year Requirement)
What form do I need? MCS-150 series (MCS-150, MCS-150B, or MCS-150 C)
Can I do This Online? No, the user must submit a ticket online or fax the completed forms to 202-366-3477.
Supporting Documents? Government Issued ID
No Processing Fee
Other applicable supporting documents based on changes"
I did submit a ticket online. No reply. Maybe another week waiting will be long enough to get a response.

I logged on to the FMCSA portal yesterday. After going in the same frustrating circle about 15 times, somehow I was able to update my MCS150. As of five minutes ago, I got on the safer web and it was already processed. I swear all this crap is getting harder and harder so we have to pay to have a third party do EVERYTHING for us single truck guys. This was the first time updating my MCS 150 took more than 5 minutes online.
Siinman, xsetra, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this. -
With all the potential fraud of recent years that's what is to be expected for your own benefit. Traditional log in protocols became too easy. Imagine someone hacking in your Safer profile, changing phone number and address, then trying to book a few loads to get fuel advances, if not pick them up and stealing the cargo.dirthaller Thanks this.

This is what I get when I login…. I click on update my mcs 150 and I get a new pop up that says “something went wrong”
Opendeckin and Oxbow Thank this. -
Do you have some sort of pop up blocker situation going on? I’m going to check into mine this week as I gotta update it next month. Fingers crossed.Oxbow Thanks this.
-
Yeah I did, I tried removing it just to see and same thing. At least since I realized my DOT ends in 81 and not due until Jan 26......Ill start to work on it Jan 1 of 26
Oxbow Thanks this. -
Once you get to the page you posted earlier, just keep clicking stuff until you start going in circles……..you keep messing with it, you’ll get there! I ended up actually memorizing my PIN number before the whole thing was over!

Yeah I found my pin after the fact but, I cant get back to the part where you put your PIN number in...... I did I went round and round back to the login.gov page and then finally a pop up said "something went wrong". Ive been playing with the site today trying again to figure it out on my own. -
It's amazing this day and age . I've yet to see a government website that worked worth a dam.i mean you could go down to ur local high-school and have a 13 year old need build a website that actually works
IH Truck Guy, Ruthless, dirthaller and 3 others Thank this.
