If you’re a W2 employee there’s not really any need to go to court when the state will make sure you get your money while also informing her that she can’t withhold pay because she feels like it.

You said you were an employee in a previous post. That is NOT true. You were a CONTRACTOR. You were not earning wages, you were earning revenue.

Employees are paid on a W2. 1099s are for businesses/contractors.

You also stated you didn't sign anything about deductions. I'd bet my left arm that was also a lie. I guarantee you agreed to it in writing somewhere. You're going to get screwed when you file your taxes too.
