If I had to guess I'd say he probably isn't a huge guy. His wrists and fingers looked suprisingly thin in the pictures.

A number of people legit eat sticks of butter as a meal...for dietary purposes. Sure, they may lose weight, but the cholesterol is killer. My cholesterol was a bit high about a year ago and I had to reduce my dairy intake.

 

It's usually the ones that appear fit that aoot this diet, but high cholesterol definitely some in all sizes. Too much beef, pork, and dairy will sky rocket those numbers.
