    My wife has just obtained her CDL, and we are looking to drive as a team. I have 10+yrs driving experience, heavy haul, flat bed, reefer, regional. We want a company which will allow us to team from the outset, no inward facing camera. OTR/Reginal .

    I know most training companies like Prime and CR England will allow this and I have heard of several others as well. I was allowed to train my wife with Prime and that worked ok. I would imagine there are a lot of open doors for you if you want to narrow down what you are looking for. More home time, dedicated routes, the most $$, etc.
