Even their normal cars are outside the budget of most buyers. The absolutely cheapest GM is what $25,000 after dealer markups? Closer to $30K with a loan after its said and done. Only reason someone hasnt stepped in to sell affordable cars and undercut the manufacturers and moronicly massive unions are the stupid dealer only laws, the moronic EPA vehicles need to be X size per MPG laws and a few other laws im that vein.Opendeckin, TheLoadOut, Feedman and 1 other person Thank this.

Nissan is coming out with a $20k pickup, the NP300. 2 bucket seats only, long-bed, manual HVAC, manual transmission.
BASIC body-on-frame work truck.Opendeckin, cke, kylefitzy and 8 others Thank this. -
Yeah, except it is Latin America and the Islands only. Not North America legal, which sucks, because that is exactly what I want for my daily driver. A true, basic pickup truck but the North American market doesn't support the sale of simple vehicles anymore.Opendeckin, tscottme, TheLoadOut and 4 others Thank this.

They’re in a tense contrast negotiating phase. Let’s wait and see what happens before we all start running with our narratives. No doubt Cooper is reeling from the ford loss, but if you’ve been around long enough, you know Glen always has a Hail Mary ready.
Banker and broke down plumber Thank this. -
Not to mention the price would be ratcheted up due to the infernal chicken tax!!broke down plumber and brian991219 Thank this.

Local dealer had a base model crewcab on the lot last year. $245 weekly + tax for 6 years. $80k for a truck that probably had a sticker price of $45k.cke, TheLoadOut, Feedman and 3 others Thank this.

I’m guessing it was probably either a Chevy Colorado or a Toyota Tacoma.
Either one is overpriced!TheLoadOut, Feedman and broke down plumber Thank this. -
And now that the talks between Nissan and Honda have reportedly been fruitless Nissan’s stock dropped like a rock!TheLoadOut, broke down plumber and brian991219 Thank this.
