Is theiranything that would cause the eCoast not to funtion, other than what they have listed in the manual ?
I know this one will go intonuetral for short periods while rolling down the road, to safe afew precious drops of fuel and making the RPM meter goes down
But sometimes I drive the same way and I don't see it I was driving today all day and I didn't see it in the dashboard screen and the truck was rolling the same way
So why this one working and sometimes disappear and maybe will affect
    the fuel ( MPG )

Can depend if you have the newer integrated detroit powertrain with "intelligent powertrain management 4" which has a built in GPS of all the most major freeway grades.

It will run completely differently than a non IPM equipped truck because it is evaluating the grades in front of you to optimize MPG.

This only applies to cruise control of course, so if occurring outside this then disregard my comment.

E Coast only works with cruise on. If you are driving against the governor without cruise on, and are going downhill causing you to exceed the truck's governed speed, it will coast in idle mode regardless of how hard you are pushing on the go pedal. Also, it will not display E Coast on dash during this time.
If you are seeing E Coast displayed with cruise off, that's a new one on me. But then again, these trucks can be ordered with all sorts of parameters in the programming.

Put your foot on the fuel pedal to disengage it

The engine break will cause it not to engage sometimes. Also where did you get your manual?
