Bert's Truckstop now TA

That’s sad to hear. Bert’s was one of my go to places.

 

Darn…another good one that’ll be ruined in no time at all

 

I never had the pleasure of visiting this establishment. Was it family owned? When TA or Pilot/FlyingJ come to your door with a buyout proposal it must be life changing for the amount of mom & pop places gobbled up by the corps lately.

 

It looked like it was owned by the folks who own keim ts trucking co as their terminal is connected to it as as far the parking lot and such is concerned

 

Not surprising since the one in Fairview KS has been a TA Express for a year or so now.

 

Do they just change the brand of the fuel or does the whole truck stop change including the store?

 

They changed everything at the one in Fairview. Still has the A&W but everything in the store is like every other TA.

 

I passed through there while they were remodeling the store. Looks like any other T/A inside now. Also installed new pumps with the TA logo.
