    It still makes you feel like a piece of #### for putting in a good word for someone that at one time was a really decent guy.

    What I do is tell the person doing the hiring that this was how the person was when I knew them but bring them in for a chat and see what you think before making the decision to hire.

    I simply don't get dressing like that anytime! About the only difference I do while only driving, not working, is wearing dress boots as opposed to work boots. I mean when else will you get to wear your full quill?
