I only know a little about their teaming. I have talked to a few of their drivers and they seem to like it pretty good with good pay and miles

I can share some insights from my experience with Double J Transport. Overall, it has been a solid company to work for. The equipment is very good. I have driven 2021 Cascadia and they really take care of their trucks. Maintenance is handled promptly, and the trucks come with APUs and refrigerators.

The pay is decent. I average between 11,000 and 13,000 miles per month and the compensation matches that workload. Home time is generally respected. I run four weeks out and get a week off, which works well for me.

The management team is approachable and treats drivers like part of the family. Communication is clear, and they genuinely seem to care about their drivers. There are occasional challenges. Some drivers have mentioned issues with micromanagement or feeling pressured after minor mistakes. It is important to be aware of these aspects and decide if they are deal-breakers for you.

They operate under Leonard’s Express for some routes, so you might encounter some coordination between the two companies. This has not been a major issue for me, but it is something to consider.

If you are looking for a company that values its drivers, offers good equipment, and provides consistent miles, Double J Transport is worth considering. Make sure to have open conversations about expectations and any concerns during the hiring process.

    Hope this helps!
