Engine might be worn off already, can take head off to check it out

Yes, you would need an overhaul, very expensive. You can drive like that for a long time though, but only if you have def deleted.
If your engine is worn off, you gonna notice oil consumption.
Still, it might be just the turbo. Take the truck to a mechanic and let him check it out asap.
I would stop driving until I made sure that turbo is ok -

I got my def deleted so I’m talking to mechanics about it now

I’m not sure but one mechanic did say it was turbo but then again he screwed up my radiator so I want to hear from different people lol

What engine does the truck have?

That’s the air side. How do you get oil in the CAC without the turbo being bad? Prolly coming out the hot side as well.
