My EDC P365 is similar to both of yours. I appendix carry and even wearing just a wife beater it almost disappears. When I was thinner I could EDC my G19 but those days are gone.
Beggars when parked, how do you deal with them?

There was one I used to see every day. Someone put a picture of him on facebook driving a Hummer. He never got any money from me.

just a FYI; there's a Veridian red dot laser sight
that clips around front of LCP trigger guard under barrel.
under$100. I find it quite effective.
It is my sincerest wish that this new administration
makes Concealed carry permits VALID IN 50 STATES.
My Carry permit first background check was 18 years ago,
updated every 5 years,and they would see I work(ed)
in a secure military installation, and passed THEIR
background check, and easy-peasy.Last edited: Feb 23, 2025

I guess I'm the only one that read the title and thought to myself "Ok, I'm not begging, but I do tend to ask frequently for a trip when I'm parked. I don't want to be parked, I want to drive."
The_vett Thanks this. -
Let me add: Compassion is powerful when it is aligned with the will of God. It can bring healing, restoration and true help. Misplaced compassion can drain and deceive, and distract from the true work that God wants to do. The greatest act of compassion was God sacrificing himself for us, even in that it was not forced upon anyone. He offered it freely and those who chose to accept were forever changed. Us, as believers MUST let God direct our compassion. Giving where he leads, and stepping back when he says to. And trusting that his wisdom is greater than my understanding.
God calls his people to be compassionate and yet, to be wise. TRUE compassion is not an emotional response. Its a divine calling directed by His wisdom. Jesus demonstrated perfect compassion, showing mercy to the broken hearted, while never compromising truth. He knew when to give and when to heal. When to step up and when to back down. Never allow the demands of people to dictate your actions.
If you dont have the discernment to know when and where to have compassion, giving is a burden.D.Tibbitt, hotrod1653, The_vett and 4 others Thank this. -
Just grab your phone and start yelling into it like your pissed off. They walk right on by.

It really depends on my mood at the time. A lot of the time I tell them..sorry I dont carry cash. But if your hungry, we can walk inside, and I will pay for your meal.
More often than not, I'm told thanks but no thanks.The_vett and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -

Noticing his company name I realized the guy was probably somewhat new so the two voices in my head had a brief conversation.
I extended my hand for a handshake and told him not to worry about it. Helped him get backed in and went back to my truck.
He came back over and thanked me again. I then told him that the way he handled it is the reason I’m not making a big deal about it.
Funny thing is, the other end of the bumper is bent from another flatbedder. Middle of the night in Memphis I-40 was a rolled up big tarp in my lane that I nailed sending it flying down the interstate unraveling, lol.D.Tibbitt, hotrod1653, The_vett and 2 others Thank this. -
