Rates are crashing and fuel to the moon!

Mt insurance was paying my 870k bill from the hospital(30 days)

 

So's this week we did $7300 to the Landstarve.

5 days, all DH, sitting at the receiver now. Be home before breakfast.

That's about $5110 to The OM.

$1100 fuel and DEF.

Truck is $100 day x 365 days a year. Another $100 for the blue sky for the week.

Now we're going to take another few weeks off.

Fuel was definitely returning from the moon in Amarillo, down to $2.68 including taxes.

 

Any OOs use a dispatch service rather than working on your own to find loads on the boards?

Some of my friends do, who have multiple trucks, but I think it's a dumb idea, dispatch gotta work in house.
If you are an one man show and can't book your own loads, then you probably shouldn't have your own MC.
At least that's how I look at it
