Trying to hire on at Indian River, still can't get them to answer the phone

I've tried to contact them in the past multiple times and my experience is i can't get them to answer the phone and still the same, one of their drivers told me they just got a pay boost, truck governed speed boost and now offer pump opportunity for more money, I'm familiar with 90% of their customers and been told to try them but I literally can't get in touch with their office any tips? Kinda the only food grade company left in Florida I haven't looked at and they seem like the only company left in Florida that fits most of my criteria on paper whats up with em?

 

Got a hold of em, they said yes but they're on a hiring freeze for Florida for a few months

Looks like I get a temp job somewhere else for a bit
