So basically I never said it
you asked me how soon do I want to sell it right? Obviously as soon I post it will be ideal…
idk anyone who would answer your question with “6 months to a year from now “…. -
I didnt ask how soon you wanted to sell it at all ever actually
You can get offended/ no reaction from me.
The person in any business interaction with something to lose: will in fact lose.
I could sell a lot of things i already own: if i never sell them it won’t impact me at all. If someone made me an offer theyd have to give me a lot more than i think its worth because i dont care if it ever sells.
If you “need to sell” something; you’re generally gonna get ####ed, if not slightly taken advantage of. -
Big difference between offers and cash.Feedman, Rideandrepair, blairandgretchen and 2 others Thank this.
-
If you got a high 30s offer thats where 2 fools met , purchaser for offering and you for not taking it .Sons Hero, Feedman, FullMetalJacket and 5 others Thank this.
-
Really. What’s the difference?
-
Well there’s a poster in here who said I’d be lucky to get 15k. I’m asking for 45. So we’ll see what happens. If I sell it closer to my asking price or have to settle for 15k-20k like you guys are claiming.

Offers are meaningless until someone actually shows up with the cash.Feedman, IH9300SBA, Rideandrepair and 4 others Thank this.

Everyone has an offer, not everyone has the cash.Feedman, Rideandrepair, blairandgretchen and 1 other person Thank this.
