    @EstesWest do you also do the Roth 401k? That's also match correct but it's post tax?

    8 years in and counting. Just got the recent raise! As far as I know...

    Linehaul is .8525 now (was .83)
    Extra board is .8925

    Topped out of course.

    Does Estes pay for drop n hooks or other activities besides just mileage pay?

    Yes sir it's $10.75 for drops and hooks.

    To be honest... I don't care lol. It's paying so much I wouldn't mind. I ran the system before and pretty much know all the dispatchers in central. I honestly miss it ALOT!

    What they try to do is keep you within a 1200 mile radius tho. Since there's a newly built terminal near me, I'd do my 34 there instead of going to my home terminal. That way, technically, in the system I get priority over all the other drivers. My buddy used to do that all the time in Dallas. He worked out of the Fort Worth terminal, but would do a 34 in Dallas.
