Best of luck! It sounds like you might have what it takes. Try to stick it out for a good year, maybe more before you start hopping fences for greener pastures. Get safe miles and experience. Learn more about the industry and research your options. You have time to consider your future path. Use common sense out there and if you find yourself in a sticky situation, DON'T PANIC! I can't stress enough how losing your head can make a bad situation worse.Savor the Flavor, tscottme, gentleroger and 1 other person Thank this.

Also, Swift has dry van, reefer and FB. Wouldn't hurt to learn all 3 divisions.
lual, Savor the Flavor, Gearjammin' Penguin and 2 others Thank this. -
If you like sitting and waiting and getting treated like dirt then reefer is great. Flip side can give the attitude back. It’s a decent stress reliever when they cop an attitude when it’s 6 hours past appt time, and you fire right back. Even better gets they’re attn if you start yanking on the dock lock.

I'm here all week, folks. Don't forget to tip your waitress!
