2020 T680 heater fan noise

    My 2020 t680 when i press the auto button for temp the fan will speed up and slow down to keep cabin temp at desired temp. Mine does that but when the fan needs to turn fast it sounds like a jet engine taking off. Trucks got 590 on odometer and it just started several months ago. I took glove box out and couldnt find anything that seemed loose.
    Has anyone found an answer to this?

    The blower motor wheel will get a fine dust build up on the wheel over time and it will be off balance and vibrate. Pull the blower motor and clean the wheel of dust and reinstall. New HVAC filters need to go in too.

    If the issue persists replace the blower motor with new.
