Everything is good about me except for my blood pressure. I take medications, but it is still slightly above 140.
My primary care doctor does not even think it is a problem. He said BP targets are too aggressive.
I am vegan, 5'11", 194 lbs, 20/20 vision, all good blood tests, no urine problems etc. But BP is high. It is just who I am. My grandma had this issue and lived to 93.
And I hate DOT doctors who make this a big deal and want to find one who deals with this issue like my past one who retired.
Next time I go I will just take a double dose of my BP medication. Very frustrating.
