    Unfortunately, his Concentra physical will be put in the FMCSA database. And the most recent physical is the only valid one.
    @Moose1958 knows more on this

    You can get a 2nd opinion BUT BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL! You MUST let the 2nd examiner know about the Concentra physical. Your chances of getting a 2nd examiner to give you a card under these circumstances are about as good as a snowball's chance in hell, but it is technically possible.

    The FMCSA uses an Algorithm that (MAY) see the two physicals. If they do the FMCSA will toss the 2nd one. The medical examiner sends in an MCSA-5850 form NOT the MCSA-5875.

    My best advice is to get a sleep study done ASAP. And stay the heck away from Concentra and warn others about them!

    It's worth it for your own dignity to use a clinic of your own choosing when getting your health physical. And to work for companies that will honor that.

    There's lots of disrespect to drivers going on at those McDriver DOT clinics. Psychopaths in robes playing their tricks.

    Concertina cannot revoke your CDL. Unless the current medical card on file with your state is replaced with another medical certification, your CDL will remain valid until the med card on file expires. If you do not self certify again when that med card expires, your state will downgrade your CDL to a standard drivers license.

    Lav-25 and silverspur Thank this.

    You mean greedy scam artists whose only interest is lining thoer own pocket book.
    I think if a person wants to be a dot certified course they have to disclose their financials to every applicant that they deem needing a sleep study. And if they screw over a driver because of it then they get the same treatment a driver would. That seems fair. I mean safety for everyone is paramount. Or is it safety for someone’s bank account? Jaded I know but it only seems fair.

    Seems the minute you get a CDL the feds become one's master. They have control of your entire life. No such thing as personal time nor privacy.

    Right but hopefully someone else will see this thread later. It may save them lots of aggravation. Don't ever let a potential employer (or any employer for that matter) dictate where you get your card at.

    Lav-25 Thanks this.
