Low clearance on an overpass, I 25 southbound, Denver area

I’ve dealt with this one before and I know that half the bridge is fine and one side of it is 12 nine clearance. Anyone remember which side is which?

 

Our Conestoga is exactly 13‘6“ tall so we should be fine.

 

I know it’s been tough for a lot of people. And I don’t like to brag… Let’s just say it’s unbelievably good.

our biggest challenge is really finding a route through Weather to get to our destinations in the winter. We had a delivery yesterday morning in Port Hadlock Washington. After seeing 65 mile an hour gusts on 40 and a blizzard on 80 and 90 we went all the way up to 94 westbound to avoid the high winds and snow. It worked and we were able to deliver later than we wanted to by about four hours.




Honestly I’m using Weather routing almost as much as when we lived on the sailboat



edit*** we are not allowed to travel if chains are required so bobbing and weaving through weather fronts is necessary as well as looking at forecasts before accepting a load.

 

Yep windy is one of my best weather apps. Its the reason Im leaving Rawlings at 9 pm tonight when the wind gusts drop into the 20s


Our steel trailer is HEAVY but the tarp system is still a kite.
