ELD LIVE TRACKING/HIGHWAY??? Brokers locked me out.

Highway is now requiring drivers license front and back pics with barcodes.
I cancelled the setup with this broker, if Highway gets hacked all my info will be in hackers hands

 

These people are out of control. Jesus.

 

It's a general requirement, not broker specific

 

I have never seen that until yesterday either

 

Axle sent us a generic email to onboard with highway. Um, no thanks.

 

Antitrust: Of, relating to, or being legislation against or opposition to trusts or combinations. specifically : consisting of laws to protect trade and commerce from unlawful restraints and monopolies or unfair business practices.

So I filed an Antitrust complaint with the Federal Trades Commission against Highway. @ Antitrust Complaint Intake

I explained a couple of instances how I've been blocked form "Interstate Commerce" by Highway and brokers. How Highway is extorting carriers for carriers personal information ELD's, Drivers licenses, Truck registrations, titles, Loan paperwork, for Highway's benefit, with no guarantee of safe keeping of the forcefully collected data! I strongly recommend EVERYONE file a complaint at the link above! 33 years it been getting worse, but this is to far! 3PL's are demanding this level of personal information through a 4PL, needs to stop! PLEASE file a complain, and get us some help!!! The squeaky wheel gets the grease! Best!
